Refund policy
We stand proudly behind our handcrafted products and their quality. However, we do understand we may not always meet your satisfaction.
Upon receipt of product arrival, you have ten (10) business days to return your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Policy
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@pritchardandmarket.com. Once your order is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for shipping fees for your return item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you used a credit card, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@pritchardandmarket.com.
Sales items
Only regular purchased items may be refunded or exchanged. Unfortunately sale items are nonrefundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. If the item is damaged or you receive the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Please send an email to customerservice@pritchardandmarket.com with DELIVERY ISSUES in the subject line within 24 hours of deliver. Please include a picture of the received product.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
